Hound Hotel Gwangan

The rooftop was a highlight for me, with a welcoming feel and a really lovely view. My room was cozy and clean, too. You’re not right on the beach, but it’s only about a 2-3 minute walk. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

The view was really nice, and I found the hospitality and facilities great, too. I didn't get a chance to try the rooftop, though. It still seems like it would have a good atmosphere.

The rooftop terrace has lovely views at night, and there are shops and places to eat all along the street and beach. The hotel is modern and spacious, and our deluxe double room was great even without a view. Breakfast is limited to either an omelette or Korean-style option, but that was enough. We could easily walk to the metro and other things, with Gwangan Beach essentially right outside. The area has cafes, restaurants, activities, and even a Black Panther statue on the beach. I’d recommend staying here.

We had to find somewhere at the last minute because the place we’d booked was awful, so the available options and prices weren’t great. This hotel turned out to be well located, and the staff were very helpful. I’d recommend staying here, though it’s better to book ahead.
