Finding the hotel was difficult. Although the map made it look convenient for the subway, it's tucked away down an unwelcoming back alley. The weekend price was ridiculously high for the condition of the place. Our first room had visible splatters on the walls and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. We asked to move, but the second room was barely better. The online photos don't show how disgusting it really was. It felt like a run-down motel. There was hair all over, including in the bed, and the sheets and towels were heavily soiled and smelled bad. Even the replacement towels had hair on them. Mold was everywhere, and the bathroom looked so rotten I had to close my eyes while showering to keep from feeling sick. When we asked the front desk woman about housekeeping, she gave vague answers each time. We eventually realized the attendant also seemed to be responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms, with no dedicated housekeeping staff. She was dismissive and uninterested in our concerns. When we asked her name, she first replied, “why?” and seemed reluctant to say. I've never had that happen at another hotel. This was the filthiest, most unhygienic hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd give zero stars if I could. It's especially disappointing in a country that's usually well kept. Korea has plenty of clean, welcoming places, so this hotel left a terrible impression. I wouldn't stay with this chain again, and I hope management makes major improvements so other travelers don't have the same experience.

My family and I chose to leave and book another hotel, even though it meant losing the cost of this booking. The room had a very strong smell, and when we checked the bathroom, we found black mold. The front desk said there was nothing they could do and no other room available. We sent Expedia photos and video, but were told we couldn't get a refund. After leaving, we looked through more reviews and found many reports of rodents, cockroaches, and mold. There were also signs saying nobody under 18 could stay alone, so I wondered if it was a love hotel or if something else was going on. We checked in but couldn't stay. I have more photos, but I think you get the picture.

The location is really good, and even though the rooms feel a bit old and worn, especially the bathroom, the hotel still seemed clean.

You can't tell where to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom, since there's no shelf or hook at all. Putting them on the tub edge just means they'll get soaked. Housekeeping also seemed inconsistent: our amenity tray was half empty on arrival, there was only one bath towel, and the indoor slippers felt a little sticky barefoot, as if they hadn't been sanitized. It doesn't seem like there's an SOP. These are easy things for management to fix and would make the stay much better. The hotel is very cheap and convenient, about a five-minute walk from the subway exit.

Shopping is close by, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The subway is also nearby, making it easy to get around, though the hotel is far from Busan. Staff didn't smile or offer explanations. The room rate felt quite expensive, and the pool has set opening and closing times.
