The views were great and the place looked nice, but the service was rude and unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. We booked one night and never got the check-in information, so my family and I were confused when we arrived. A security guard called someone from the front office, who seemed annoyed about walking over to help. He didn't smile or welcome us, and told me to check spam instead of just resending the missing email. Only after he saw it hadn't arrived did he send another one. We were exhausted from a long trip and unsure which elevator to take. When I asked the guard, he rolled his eyes, as if we were idiots. QR codes and passwords are needed to get into every little part of the facility, which was inconvenient. Whenever I messaged in English, they replied in Korean. There was also a used water bottle in the fridge and old lint in the dryer, which made me question whether the place had been properly cleaned after the last guest. I wouldn't stay here again.

The house was a comfortable home away from home, with a convenient location near shops and restaurants and easy transport around the area. It was thoughtfully laid out, very clean, and had the basic amenities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and everything was convenient. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The room was spacious and impressive, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer that suited an extended stay. The heating worked well in winter, though by the third day some features had stopped working, including the TV, which didn't always get reception. It wasn't perfectly clean when we arrived either, as I found hair in the toilet. Even so, it's a comfortable option for families. The coffee shop on Level 3 is worth trying, with flavors that hit just right. The location is excellent. There's an escalator at Exit 10 of the nearest station, so tourists don't have to haul luggage up stairs. Getting around the building can be confusing, depending on the tower. Enter on Level 3, then scan the QR code sent to you on the left or right side of the button panel in front of the scanner to reach Level 1 or Level 4. At Level 4, turn right for the lobby and use the door code they provided. To get to the room, scan the QR code again in the lift, then enter the room code to unlock the door. The walk to the building is long, and winter winds can make it hard since there are no other buildings to block them.

We were amazed by how much we got for the price. My friend and I booked a 'Premier suite G Connecting', which gave each of us a separate apartment with a bedroom, private bathroom, living room, and kitchen, joined by a hallway to the front door. The place was modern, clean, spacious, and breathtaking, with facilities like a bidet and smart TV. After long days of travel, it was a joy to come back to. It took a bit of trial and error to work out the Korean controls for the lights, heating, and air con. We also made good use of the CU convenience store nearby. Busan Station is close, making the metro, KTX, and restaurants easy to reach. The hard part was getting there and getting inside the first time. The hosts gave little help with directions beforehand; an email with a map or pictures, or visible signs along the way, would've helped. We relied a lot on past travelers' reviews, so here's what we learned. At Busan Station, go to Exit 10 beside Hawaiian Paradise Coffee. IMPORTANT: it's open only from 4:30 to 23:00. We arrived at midnight and found that out the hard way. Outside, the Marina G7 skyscraper is on your left. Walk toward the travelator, then along the raised platform over the motorway toward the building. At the end, go right, pass the Recente cafe, and keep going around until you see the escalators. This route is for TOWER A only. To the left of the escalators are gold elevators inside the building. Go in and take one from the 3rd floor down to the 1st floor. CU will be on your left when you exit. Walk toward CU, turn right, and continue down the hallway to two sets of double doors leading outside. Go right once outside and you'll see the TOWER A entrance. Inside, go to the doors by the security desk and enter the 'Secure Entrance' code in two parts, just as written, ignoring the voice prompt. Scan the QR code to use the elevators. The first two digits of your room number are the floor number. If Exit 10 is closed, use Exit 8, the Car Park, and walk toward where the cars enter. There are two ramps cars use to drive up, but you can walk down them to get to ground level. We saw locals using them as footpaths.
