The building is beautiful, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There's a lot to do and plenty of food around, with good shopping right next door. I prefer Haeundae beach, but traffic-wise this area is closer to the airport, which worked out well. For US Military on orders, the rate is below the maximum per diem, so that's a win-win.

The room was very spacious, and there are lots of eateries just outside or within walking distance. The hotel is at exits 4/7 of Seomyeon station, which is convenient. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in Korea: clean, well located, and the attentive staff are always ready to help. At checkout, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to file the tax refund for our stay.

Breakfast had lots of options, housekeeping did a good job, and every employee we met was pleasant and professional. It's a nice hotel in a good location, and we were happy with our stay and would recommend it. The bathroom lighting was so dim it was hard to see, though, and plastic shower curtains in the tub don't feel right for an upscale hotel.

The room had a nice view and was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a good range of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived, which made for a good start. The bathroom was a bit dark, and the shower curtain didn't do its job. The elevator also took a while. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on its fee.

I stayed one night on a business trip and had a corner room on the 33rd floor, with an amazing view. It was clean, spacious, and connected to an upscale Lotte Mall. Service was efficient and friendly, and breakfast had a massive selection of international and Korean food. The banquet hall on the 41st and 42nd floors also has an amazing view. I'd definitely recommend this hotel in Busan.
