Hotel Elin

The rooms are compact but clean, and the location is nice. Staff were courteous and very cooperative, and check-in was smooth. We had two bookings, one in a three-bed room and the next night in a two-bed room. My wife was unwell, so waiting four hours between checkout and the next check-in would have been hard. After we explained, a staff member personally checked which room was free and helped us move at 8 am instead of the usual 3 pm. They also went out of their way to make her comfortable and warmed food we’d bought in the microwave. That personal care made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is a social enterprise supporting vocational rehabilitation for people with severe disabilities, which may help you decide where to stay. We had a modern room with an air purifier and a big TV. Staff were great, check-in the night before our flight was easy, and they stored our bags.

Stayed one night in August 2024. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was tidy and clean, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water and complimentary coffee. The price was low, and the airport is nearby, though the shopping areas aren't walkable from here. Charging was a hassle: there wasn't an outlet close to the bed, and the wall socket wouldn't hold my adaptor. I also had trouble controlling the air conditioner. I could only feel the fan, which blew warm air on a summer night.

I’m on my third night now and check out tomorrow. The price is reasonable, the airport is close, and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. They clean the room daily and leave complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. I’d definitely stay here again.
