Easy to find, with restaurants and CU 25 nearby. The hotel was clean and big, and it's close to the busan station.

The welcome was superb, and there were Russian-speaking staff. Everything was 100% clean and comfortable. They have both small and large apartments, conveniently placed on any floor, and there's an elevator. Best accommodation in Busan.

There were six of us, and the family room worked well for our group. The Residenz Hotel had what we needed, including a good kitchen and cooking utensils. Another nice thing, the staff speaks Russian.

The heating worked well, and it was nice and quiet with the windows closed. Open them, though, and the street vendors' loud singing carries all night. There were already a lot of mosquitoes, too. I wouldn't really consider coming back. Being close to Busan Station is the best part; the rest was so-so. And since when is it standard for guests to sort and dispose of their own trash? This isn't just this place. If you've paid for a room, you should be able to put rubbish in the bin inside it. I'm not trying to disparage this place, but somehow separating trash has become the norm.
