The staff were the real highlight. The two men at reception were incredibly sweet: they let us use their printer, personally walked us to a few of their favorite local restaurants, upgraded our room without us asking, and kept offering anything we might need. They really made our stay and our trip to Busan. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities are great. 10/10, highly recommend.

It was quiet, and the room and bed were decent. The listing says there’s an extra charge for checking in before 5 pm, but they let me into my room two hours early for free. Good service!

The location is very central for visiting historic sites, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and there was a free washing machine.

My balcony had a spectacular view of the beach and Gwangan Bridge. The room was just what I wanted, and I enjoyed my stay at Moon Bay Hotel. I did have a few small maintenance issues in my room, but the front desk staff were very helpful in fixing them. No other complaints.

The beds were so hard it felt like sleeping on the box spring. Water also pooled at your feet because the shower drain was poor. A tile was broken at the wall corner, letting water get into the wall. There was a jacuzzi, but we didn’t try it because a blower-looking device was sitting on the shower rack. It wasn’t plugged in, but it had exposed wires.
