Nampo Wa Hotel

The outside noise was bad enough that sleeping with the window open wasn't possible, and we were too worried about the hygiene to turn on the AC. The final night, the manager banged on our door to throw us out. They didn't seem to track bookings and he didn't even know how many nights we'd reserved. We found dirt and large black hairs all over the bed, floor, bathroom, and bathtub when we arrived. After we complained a lot, the cleaning lady came in shouting at us aggressively in Korean. She changed the sheets, supposedly with clean ones, but those had hair on them too and visible creases from being used. She tossed the blanket and cover onto the dirty floor, then put them back on the bed as if that was normal. She showed us other rooms to prove they were clean, but those were just as dirty, with hair in the sheets. Because everything else in Busan was sold out for the public holiday, we were stuck staying in this filthy place. We bought our own clean bedding and wiped everything down with wet wipes, which turned brown after one wipe. It felt like nobody had cleaned there for months, and we were disgusted to touch anything. This was the most disgusting, filthy, shady place I've ever stayed. It's not a hotel, it's the worst kind of "love" motel. Agoda refused to cancel after hours on the phone, ignored us, and gave us no help with a refund or another booking. Avoid this place at all costs, especially through Agoda.
