The beach location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants right next door, though a lot of the retail spaces were empty. We had trouble finding the right entrance and reception, and almost no one spoke English. Our three-bedroom apartment slept five, but we got only two room keys, and the kitchen equipment and dishes were for just three people. The biggest frustration was having no power outlets beside the beds, so there were no bedside lights and nowhere to charge a phone, watch, or alarm clock overnight. Using the washer/dryer, TV, and A/C meant relying on a translation app.

The panoramic view was great, and the room was really spacious and clean. The staff were attentive, and being by the beach made it easy to reach lots of facilities. The one drawback is that food deliveries have to be picked up downstairs in the lobby.

We liked the hotel enough to extend our three-day Busan stay by two more days. From our 22nd-floor room, every window had a beach view, and the spacious room was very clean. I slept well all night. The front desk staff were only average and didn't help much with questions. There were plenty of outlets, but not one American outlet. The wireless charger on the kitchen counter didn't work, so I borrowed one from the front desk, and they did provide it. It's pricey, but worth it for us.

My family loved staying here and would definitely come back on another visit to Busan. It was clean, spacious, luxurious, and had a great view near the beach. They brought fresh towels and water bottles every morning, which was nice. The small annoyance was finding the check-in desk on B4 instead of at the first entrance, since this is a resident complex.

We had two units on the 70th floor. The three-bedroom unit faced the beach, and its view was amazing; the two-bedroom one looked toward the opposite coastline but still had a great view. Both places were clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Can't go wrong.
