Palatium Haeundae by SONO Felice

It’s new, but that’s about all it has going for it. We stayed five nights without any service: the room was never cleaned and the towels were never changed, so we were left with dirty floors and rooms even after asking for cleaning. There don’t seem to be the processes you’d expect at this price. There’s a kitchen, but it’s empty and guests aren’t allowed to use it. There’s no gym or dining room, and nobody even asked how the stay was at checkout, probably because they knew the answer. They’re not service oriented. Spend your money on an established name instead of experimenting. Honestly, this was a huge disappointment.

The hotel is new and right by the beach, which are the only two good things I can say about it. We stayed five nights and got no service at all: no room cleaning, no rubbish taken out, and no fresh towels or toilet paper. There aren’t any forks, drinking glasses, or plates either. After three nights we asked for towels. They apologized and brought some, but nothing was done about cleaning the next day, even though it was written down. We were left in a dirty room with dirty floors. There’s no gym, which was one of the reasons we booked. The beds are too small for a hotel pretending to be this high class. It doesn’t feel right to charge so much when the place isn’t ready. We’re disappointed and sad, and we won’t come back.

The deluxe double had a great view, and there’s a washing machine in the room. It’s huge, with plenty of space to spread out. As of April 2026, the hotel was very new and a few things were still being built, but everything was really nice.
