The room is small and the mattress is very thin, which makes sense for the low price. You can stack a few mattresses together to help avoid a sore back. Bring shower gel, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. Shampoo, toilet paper, and a small towel are provided. There's cookware, a microwave, a large fridge with freezer, a TV, and a hair dryer. You'll have to take your own rubbish out when you check out, seriously. There's no luggage storage, so checkout means you leave with your bags. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station, and taxis won't take your luggage.

The building is in an excellent location, and the price is lower than at other resorts. It's a motel-level resort run directly by the Police Mutual Aid Association, with ondol and bed-style rooms. You'll have to sort and clean your own rubbish after you use the room.

The staff are friendly, the bedding was clean, and parking is available, so I was satisfied. The place is a little dated, but the location is the best. That doesn't mean it's substandard.
