I booked five nights but left after only three, without a refund for the unused nights, because I no longer felt safe or comfortable there. The poor hygiene, strong sewer smell, and the way staff handled my complaint made staying any longer impossible for me. When I returned around 6:45 PM on the third day, after being out since 2:20 PM, housekeeping hadn't come. The trash was still there, there were no towels, and the bathroom had the ongoing strong sewage odor. Agoda's listing said “daily disinfection of all rooms,” but the staff told me I had to request cleaning in advance because housekeeping theft happens. No one had told me this at check-in. The explanation also didn't fit what I'd seen, since my room had been cleaned the day before without me asking. When I pointed that out, the heavy-set female front desk staff member didn't apologize or take responsibility, and instead blamed me. I said it wasn't acceptable to shift the blame to a guest without even a simple apology. She raised her voice, kept interrupting, and said they “follow the manual.” I calmly asked her not to raise her voice. She responded aggressively, “Then what do you want?” I said I expected a sincere apology. Instead, she mocked me with “Sooorry~ dear guest,” then abruptly shut my room door and walked away. I felt disrespected and unsafe. Leaving early meant losing money, but I didn't see another choice. If cleanliness, safety, and basic respect matter to you, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The view was amazing and the location was great, but those positives couldn't make up for the room's awful sewer and damp smell. We had no towels, the included breakfast was very disappointing, and the room wasn't cleaned once during our stay. I'd look at other places before booking here.

The view and location were good, but the drainage needs work and the towels were tiny, more like hand towels. Plug the floor drains, sink, and bathtub after use to help keep sewage smells away, and bring your own towels. Reception is on the 11th floor. The building signs are in the local language, so look for the hotel logo. The entrance is around the back or side of the ground-floor arcade.

I stayed here before and it was good, but things have changed. Now it's dirty, cramped, noisy, and I wouldn't recommend it. The first room smelled of cigarettes and had no shower, so the staff moved me. In the new room, the walls were moldy, there were stains on the floor and kashtop on the table. I cleaned it myself, then found hairs under the sheet. I wanted to cry. There's no proper table for makeup or a computer, just tiny furniture, and the room and bath are both small. Noise came from the elevators and neighboring rooms. I even heard a man throwing up. Disgusting. They gave me three small face towels. I was there in March and it was very cold. You have to go down to Hagbala to ask for the heat to be turned on, then wait about two hours for the room to warm up. If it gets too hot or cold in the middle of the night, you have to go down to reception again. Just a nightmare. The one good thing was the nice clerk at reception. Compared with other places in Busan, this was very bad. You can find something better for even less.

The beach is close by, which is good, but the view wasn't. We arrived early and waited in the lobby after staff said early check-in would cost $10 per hour. When our time came, they told us the room was ready, but it was still a mess. The cleaning lady said it wasn't ready, and when the staff member came over, she didn't apologize. She said the cleaner was just making sure everything was perfect. The bed hadn't been made, but we were okay with waiting. Once we got in and took off our shoes, the floor felt extremely hot, and we couldn't turn it off. We thought the AC would make it manageable, but it failed during our stay and the room became boiling hot 🥵. The staff member was lovely and brought us a fan, lol. It was also very noisy. There were only three hand towels, no bath towels. Breakfast was below standard, just boiled eggs, two-minute noodles, bread, and cereal, with no tea. I understand tea may not be a thing in Korea. The price wasn't cheap, but it felt like staying in a motel 👎🏼.
