Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Station

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and check-in with the friendly, English-speaking staff went smoothly. There’s a Starbucks in the building, plus a little stall across the street selling Korean street food such as tteokbokki. The station is very close, so it’s easy to find and handy if you’re staying nearby. My room was near the air-conditioning ventilation and could get noisy, especially with the window open. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room farther from it. The air-conditioning works well, so keeping the window shut should be fine. I didn't get to use the rooftop pool because it was winter, or try the bar during my short stay.

We were on the 21st floor and had a nice city view. The room was clean and roomy enough that we could leave our luggage open and still walk around. I especially liked the bedding: the sheets were good quality, and the pillows and comforter were so fluffy that we slept well every night. The location is fantastic, right beside Busan Train Station, and we walked straight over. There’s a 24-hour convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks on level 1, with plenty of places to eat nearby. We’d highly recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable, though small, which makes sense in the city center. Breakfast stood out, with lots of choices and consistently good quality. I was there January 23rd to 25th, and the hotel is quite close to Busan High Speed ​​Rail Station. There’s a Starbucks on the first floor and a GS25 diagonally across the street.

Getting around was easy, with Busan station and bus stops right beside the hotel, a taxi stand out front, and a convenience store and coffee shop inside the building on the ground floor. Most tourist sites were about 15 minutes away. The hotel also showed real care when I left my iPad behind. Staff responded quickly with clear options, and when international shipping didn't work out, they arranged for my friend to collect it in Seoul. Our first night was noisy, with students crowding the lobby and elevators. Jake at the front desk apologized and quickly found us a quieter, more comfortable room for the rest of the stay. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and spoke English well. I'm grateful for the kindness and hospitality. Special thanks to Jake, Jaden Edgar, and the whole team. We had a memorable stay, and I'd happily come back and recommend the hotel.
