We didn't end up staying even one night because of a family emergency, and asked for a refund. Since we booked through Expedia, the hotel told us to handle it there. Even after Expedia arbitration, they wouldn't consider a partial refund. Very disappointing, and I can't recommend this hotel. The location is remote, in a residential area with nothing nearby, and isn't convenient without a car. The room was extremely hot because the air conditioning hadn't been turned on before we arrived. It took a long time to cool down. We also found bug spray behind the TV, which gave us a bad feeling, and then saw a centipede on the ceiling.

The breakfast was simple, with cup noodles, eggs, toast, and drinks available from 7 to 9 in the morning. You could take a plate and eat in your room. The single-room setup also included a toothbrush and toothpaste. But when I opened the bathroom door, there was a foul smell. I thought airing it out might help, but the odor stayed and was unpleasant. I barely slept until dawn because the air conditioner vibrated and made a constant noise. I turned it off, but the humid outdoor air and my high body temperature made me switch it on again. Brown Dot Hotel Sinho Branch is a nature-inspired design hotel in Myeongji New City and the Noksan Industrial Complex. It opened in April 2018 and has 42 rooms, with either massage chairs or Stylers. Overnight check-in is at 6 pm, with checkout at noon. The convection heating takes time to warm the room after you arrive, rather than using traditional underfloor heating. There are electric blankets on all the beds, something to keep in mind if you feel the cold.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I'd like to come back.

I've been working in this area a lot recently, so I booked here a few times after recognizing the brand. The clean, nice rooms made me want to leave a review. Parking is spacious, the staff are friendly, and I had a quiet chance to relax in the massage chair. Breakfast runs from 7 to 9, with cup ramen, bread, boiled eggs, and coffee. I couldn't get it in my photos, but I'll definitely stay here again.
