The room was clean, and having a Styler in it was a real plus. I’d read lots of comments about the owner being friendly, but I didn’t see the owner or any staff during my stay. There was a charger in the room, but not a Type-C one. I called the desk and got no answer, so I had to go downstairs to get one myself. The next morning, there were clear signs that someone had wiped the toilet with a towel.

The room is roomy and clean, with no cigarette smell. I’m happy with everything else, but the water keeps switching between cold and hot, so it’s hard to set it where I want.

Having a Styler in every room is a big plus, and it’s the only place in Sasang I know of that offers that. The annoying part was the TV remote. It wouldn’t pick up the signal when I was lying in bed, even when I pressed the buttons.

The LG Styler was great to have. Just remember to ask for a non-smoking room.

The TV wouldn’t turn on because the remote wasn’t working properly. On top of that, the staff spoke in a really rude, unpleasant tone and came across as very unfriendly.
