The main problem was that the owner and management didn't seem to put guests first, whether in the room layout, staff training, or planning for basic needs. We booked three rooms, and one family member asked for an extra pillow because the one provided was flat. The same woman working on 22 Dec 2025 refused, eventually saying they don't offer extras. We also asked for the room to be made up before noon, but when we got back that night, nothing had been done: no toilet paper or fresh towels, the beds weren't made, and the rubbish was still there. The front desk said the housekeeper had gone home and they couldn't clean the rooms. This came across as absurdly indifferent. The shower was another problem. Hot and warm water barely came out, even though the cold water had reasonable pressure, so we couldn't bathe properly. The concierge woman had a foul attitude and couldn't speak or understand much English, which made communication difficult. It felt as if staff had been trained to say no to everything. When we found brown stains on the pillowcases and asked for clean ones, she refused and said they could only change them after we'd checked out several days later. Basic requests weren't met, yet even that wasn't handled to a basic standard. The staff's bad attitude and sour expressions made for a miserable experience. Based on this, we can't recommend staying here. Hotels in Busan mostly seem to have poor service, and staff can barely speak or understand simple English. Why pay to put up with service this subpar? The management and staff were ridiculous and seemed not to care at all. Consider a better hotel, or travel somewhere other than Busan.
