Stay Well Hotel

The room was filthy when I arrived, with dust and hair on the floor, and stains on the towels and bedsheets. The mattress was so worn I could feel the springs. The air-con was extremely dirty and moldy, the window screen had a big hole, and the bathroom slippers were ripped. The whole place was run down. I can see why it was the only place available when I booked last-minute during the long October holidays, but there are plenty of other places around Nampo - Jagalchi. Don't stay here. Don't waste your money.

I stayed three nights on my own, and it was okay. The best thing is the location, right by Nampo Metro Station and Busan Depart. Store-Nampo Bus Stop. There's an open market around the corner where you can shop, eat, or go to the arcade, and Busan Tower is very close. The AC worked really well in the hot summer, and the shower had great pressure. The room is old and falling apart, with rust on the fridge inside and out and cracks in the bathroom walls. The spring bed was uncomfortable and felt like wires, though it worked well with my back problem. I asked for a room with a nice view but got one looking at a wall. There are no outlets by the bed, only by the table. Service wasn't great either. At check-in, the man wasn't at the desk, and there was no room service or cleaning.

The room and service were just right, and the price was even better. I’ll stay here whenever I visit Busan.

Being in Nampo is the one real plus: the metro, Lotte Mall, and BIFF are only a two-minute walk away. The hotel itself felt old, rundown, smelly, poorly maintained, and unclean. I don’t understand the good reviews that led my wife and me to book here. We won’t return. Consider this a warning.
