The room had a handy little fridge with a small freezer, and the bed itself was comfortable, though it came with only two pillows. Being across from the beach and surrounded by food places was a plus, but I still heard occasional road noise. The room was spacious yet felt bare, and there was nowhere to sit by the door to take off my shoes, so I ended up on the floor. The shower floor was moldy, the shower overall wasn't great, and there were no regular-sized towels, although the toilet was nice. Getting to the room meant taking one elevator to the fourth floor and then switching to another, which was annoying. I also didn't get the higher floor I'd requested, even though I booked months ahead. The pool and hot tub were closed, despite being part of why I chose the hotel. For the price, I expected continental breakfast to be included. The room was big, but the view was awful.

The room looked clean, but it was very old, and I wouldn't stay here again. The sheets were dirty, the towels smelled a little, and the air conditioning didn't work. I asked for a room where it did work, but they wouldn't move me. The gym is out in the open and noisy. The location isn't worth putting up with this. Don't stay here.

My first impression of sun cloud hotel was completely ruined by the service. When I arrived, the front desk was unattended for more than 30 minutes. There was no explanation or apology, and no staff member in sight while guests waited. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Haeundae beach looked breathtaking from our room, and the hotel was in a perfect location. The rooms were spacious and clean, with housekeeping every day and fresh towels and water. It was confusing to find reception at first because we had to switch elevators twice. Still, we had a fantastic stay.

The walls are so thin!!!!! If a sexually disturbed couple is in the next room, you'll hear every sound!
