We liked the area enough to add two more nights, and the weekday rates were a great deal. Our standard room was very good too. The location is fantastic, and the place was clean, with daily housekeeping and nice extras like robes, free bottled water, toothpaste, razors, and other amenities. The premium room’s bathtub is huge, easily big enough for two. A few worn spots on the wall covering and scuffs or damage around the bathroom and floor edges took away from the luxurious feel we expected. Nothing serious, but it kept the stay at four stars for me.

You step outside into a lively central street with food stalls, restaurants, bars, and plenty of other things nearby. I’m not sure why the hotel reviews are so low. My room was spacious, with a large bathroom, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a big TV.

The interior looks really nice, and the location is good. It has the appearance of a hotel, though staying there feels more like being at a motel.

Cozy and clean. I’d come back if I needed to stay around here.
