The View Guest House

I really liked the location and the view, and the guesthouse itself was clean and quiet. The owner was kind and friendly, too. Evenings sometimes have potlucks, though they don't usually hold parties, and the relaxed guests fit the guesthouse vibe. The rooms are on floors 5 and 9. I heard a music bar had just opened on the 3rd floor, so I checked it out and had a great time. Definitely recommend it.

The bunk bed stayed steady and quiet, even with me on the top, and the room was clean and nice. From what I heard, mine had the best view of the four women's rooms, and I could see the ocean. The beach and a convenience store are only a two-minute walk away. Just note that the 5th and 9th floors are separate, but the accommodation isn't divided by gender. The air conditioning was tricky: at 24 degrees the airflow felt weak and the room was hot, then at 23 it suddenly got strong and cold. The shower pressure was a little low, and the hot and cold water fluctuated, but both were still usable. I was in Busan for a two-day, one-night water trip, and I'd definitely come back. I want to visit again!

I went by myself, but the owner looked after me so kindly, and everyone staying there was nice. We had drinks and chatted together, which made for a new kind of stay for me. The interior was really pretty, and seeing Gwangalli Beach from my room made me so happy!!! After this, I don't think another place will feel the same ㅠㅠ

The building's a little old, but the hostel is clean and has what you need. There's a nice view of Gwangalli from outside.
