The rooms are small, but they have what you need, and it was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide free bottled water, and self-service laundry costs just 1000won. There’s a lounge downstairs with dishes, a toaster oven, and microwave for preparing food, which was useful. The location is great, close to Lotte Department Store and Seomyeon station. From there, many tourist attractions are within 45 minutes.

The basement kitchen and laundry area was a great feature. There are washers and dryers, plus drying racks you can bring up to your room if you’d rather air dry. The rooms were cosy, and the location was good. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The location made getting around Busan easy, with the underground shopping mall and Lotte Mall nearby, and Seomyeon centrally placed for reaching Songdo Beach, Gwangalli Beach, Jagalchi Market, and other areas. The rooms were spacious and clean, though a bit dated. The host was really kind, and there are handy facilities like a washer, dryer, and even a luggage scale. Stay three nights and you can get breakfast free on one day. Mine was fresh, tasty, and filling. I had a great time here!

The staff did a great job, and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed every day. We also appreciated the free water bottles, umbrellas you could borrow, and laundry access for 2000 won. If you stay three nights or more, you get one delicious breakfast at no charge. Uniqstay is in a great spot, near the subway, bus stops, and lots of good restaurants and shops. We loved our stay!

The neighborhood has plenty to do and eat, and the subway station is about a 10 minute walk away. My group of friends enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, and the hosts were all friendly and spoke English very well. It had the feel of a charming hostel but with hotel amenities and service. Since we stayed three or more nights, each of us was offered a free homemade breakfast.
