We expected a small room from the previous reviews, but it was much tinier than we thought. Packing a full-size washer, fridge, and freezer into the space made it feel cramped. I’m not sure how many guests use the burners and kitchen, and making them smaller might have left room for drawers and some separation between the toilet and shower. This felt like a budget hotel, though it’s very close to NAMPO and Biff square. From what other tourists said, we think that’s typical for the area. It was hot in our room because the AC was turned off for the season, so we had to open the windows and ended up with mosquitoes on the top floor. This is a fully contactless hotel, so no one greets you in person. They do monitor email actively and respond quickly, though. I requested a drying rack, and it arrived within minutes. I think the room would suit one person better than two.

The room was on the small side, but the central location helped make up for it, and the price seemed fair. For a four-night stay, though, we only got two bath towels. They also don’t provide plug adapters for overseas travellers.

The location worked well, and the room felt modern, but it was really small. There was nowhere to put our things, with no drawers or wardrobe, so everything stayed in our luggage. They don't clean the room, either. After the first towels and toilet paper, you have to email for more, and otherwise the bins just fill up. The toilet area was poorly laid out too, with the shower head right beside the toilet bowl.

Having a washing machine in the room was such a help, and they even left laundry detergent, which made packing easier on a longer trip. BIFF square is right nearby, with restaurants, street food, shops, public transit and the LOTTE shopping mall all easy to get to. Check-in isn't until 4 pm, but I could leave my luggage in the storage room and head out exploring. Staff were welcoming even before I arrived, and once I was there they replied quickly, within an hour, and took care of questions and requests. This place exceeded my expectations. I'd happily book it again when I'm back in Busan.

There's no lobby or reception, but they send you all the check-in details beforehand. The location is good and hygiene was okay. Wi-Fi was very fast, though it only reached inside the room.
