WITH made my first guest house stay a great one. I felt comfortable there, and the other guests were quiet and nice. It's clean, serves a free light breakfast, and the prices are very good. The staff were friendly, and they provide shampoo, towels, and other amenities, so I didn't need to pack much. I'd definitely come back.

The beach is nearby, and the owner was friendly and kind enough to show me around. The rest of my night at With Guest house was unpleasant. I was sad to hear its reputation wasn't as good as it had been six years earlier. I didn't expect the app photos to match perfectly, but the facilities were completely different. The lounge table and seats were torn and faded, the lights were all dim and left the place gloomy, and towels smelled bad once wet. The four-bunk room smelled awful too. There was no window, and the air felt stuffy, maybe because it hadn't been ventilated in a long time. If you hate mosquitoes, try opening the door at night.

Mr. Kim was a wonderful host and found ways to help me, even though he doesn't speak Spanish and knows only a little English. The place has all the services you need for a visit to Busan, Korea, and made for a great experience.
