The rough road up to the pension is a reason to avoid arriving late at night, and there are bugs, so it may not suit anyone sensitive to insects. You’ll need to bring food from the market. The view is superb. In the morning, the ocean looks refreshing from the shaded accommodation, and it’s lovely to have coffee on the balcony. The place itself is a bit disappointing, though. Once the COVID-19 situation is over, I’d love to come with close friends, eat pork belly and drink soju while watching the sunset. That could make for an unforgettable memory.

The price is reasonable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Open the window in the morning and the West Sea and little islands are right there in front of you. The ocean view is breathtaking.

I used to stay in Buan often because the food was so good. This place has affordable rooms, a friendly owner, and a fantastic view of the ocean.
