The owners were a family and they were really helpful and nice. They even had a Korean speaker help us get cabs to the ball game. The lounge was great for hanging out, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. The location may seem a bit odd, but it's easy to walk to bars, clubs, and transport. The snag was check-in at 7 PM. We arrived at 3 and couldn't get in early. It was super cheap, though, and I'd come back if they allowed early check-in.

It was close enough to walk to Masan Intercity Bus Terminal, but the stay was very disappointing. The room was at the end of the street and so small that it was hard to move around with just one bed. The door didn't shut properly, the blanket had stains, and sound carried so badly that I could hear cleaning during the day. Check-in was at 5:00 PM. I got there a little early and was told I couldn't check in unless I paid 20,000 won. The place called itself a hotel, but felt more like a dirty motel. Communication was difficult, perhaps because the staff were Chinese.

The rooms are small, though there are cheaper choices, and it seems suited to business trips or solo travelers. Water pressure was good. Breakfast is frozen fried rice, but it was okay. You need to book it, though a reservation isn't required; if there aren't many bookings, they'll make it right away.
