The breakfast was a nice change from the usual, with two Korean ladies serving Korean dishes. The decor and style also give the hotel its own character, quite different from a standard chain. My room was spacious, with a massage chair and a large bathtub. I was in South Korea for a four-day business trip and my company booked this hotel. The staff's English wasn't the strongest, but they went out of their way to help. In-Suk was especially helpful, arranging my daily ride to work and taking care of the things I needed. A great way to get a taste of the local culture.

The owner was especially kind and greeted me with a modest smile. The location and service were good, and breakfast included both Western and Korean styles. If you don't smoke, ask for a non-smoking room ahead of time.

There are plenty of food shops nearby, including lots of ktv shops. In the evening, massage girls' business cards are scattered in front of the hotel, though I wouldn't recommend trying that service. It's a medium-sized hotel that seems suited to short stays. From outside, it has a sophisticated look like an 18th century castle, while inside there's a lot of wooden furniture. The bathroom is spacious, but its equipment isn't modern or clean. To me, it seems better for couples stopping in for a quick rest. The receptionist speaks a little English, but I needed a translator to communicate. There's an elevator, and free Cafe is served in the lobby. The restaurant HPis small, with a limited menu, but enough to give you energy.

The bathtub was awesome, and the rooms were clean and nicely equipped. It's in a good spot in Cheonan.
