The service was especially great. The staff were friendly, nice, and helpful. We didn’t have much time, but they still got our clothes washed and dried and back to our room before we had to leave. Thanks, team Luce!

It’s clean and affordable, and has been renovated, so it’s a comfortable place to stay in downtown Gongjicheon. I struggled to find hotel options on my Europe trip, and these days I’m grateful that Korean hotels and motels are affordable, with clean bedding and great service. The hotel sent useful directions by text after I booked, so I didn’t get lost. The large public parking lot next door is more convenient than the hotel’s underground parking. I highly recommend the nearby Gongjicheon Night Walk. At the front desk you can get extra bath towels and toner, and the place also has a coffee machine, water dispenser, cups, and tea. The large smart TV, lighting, hairdryer, curling iron, coffee pot, robes, slippers, and free Wi-Fi were all convenient.
