The staff were awful, especially some of the front desk people, who were rude and extremely unpleasant. Our toilet broke the night before, and we reported it early the next morning. When we got back to the room that evening, nobody had come to repair it. We went downstairs again to argue with the staff and asked for it to be fixed as soon as possible. The man ignored our request and told us to wait. Still, nobody came. We won’t stay here again. The location is terrible and the room equipment is poor too.

The room was comfortable and I slept well, which mattered to me since cheaper hotels can have very hard beds or smelly rooms. The flexible check-in was a lifesaver because I was exhausted, and the women at the front desk were very kind. My top recommendation is the kind female staff.

The room is spacious enough that it feels almost wasteful to have it to myself. I booked because I wanted a bathtub to soothe my tired legs, and the stay was great. One thing to keep in mind: there are lots of entertainment venues nearby, so families with kids may want to consider that.

The only thing I can give the room credit for is the electric blanket on the bed, maybe... The bathtub was moldy, the floors took ages to heat up, there were hardly any shower amenities, and the interior and design were both outdated and ugly.

I slept well in the room on the top floor. It was clean, and the view wasn’t blocked, which I liked.
