OST Hotel

A good basic hotel, with a very clean room and bathroom, a big TV with Netflix, and a minibar fridge stocked with free water and juice. The bed was the hardest we’ve ever slept on. One night was okay, but I’m glad we didn’t have to stay a second.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room and blanket were clean, and there was a multi-type phone charger beside the bed. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and lotion were provided too, so it’s good value. But the cigarette smell was strong enough that I changed rooms once. I also found the mattress harder than expected. It was cold outside in November, but the heating only came on once in the early evening, and I woke up cold in the morning. They’ll give you an electric blanket if you ask, but there’s no separate mattress pad to put over it. Maybe there’s a concern about electromagnetic waves. Please don’t smoke in a motel that’s supposed to be non-smoking.

I came the night before Legoland opened and stayed for one night. It seemed like good value, and the staff were friendly. I arrived late, and since my room type wasn’t available, they upgraded me. It had a bit of a motel feel, but it was fine. The fridge had basic drinks and water, and there was a coffee machine and microwave for everyone to use on the first floor. Parking was nearby in an alley, but the surroundings were cramped and parking was a struggle. I tried to find breakfast nearby and ended up settling for convenience store food. I had a great time at Legoland. That’s it!
