There's good value here, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The location is excellent, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Noise from the room next door and the hallway is awful T_T. The special room on the 5th floor is much too small. The water pressure was good, at least, but they turn off the electric blanket at 8 AM, so it gets cold.

I booked this place because I needed somewhere near Daegok Station, and it's right in front of the station. The room was clean and had no smell after the remodel. The front door uses a key, so you have to insert it to lock and unlock it. It's not electronic.

The rooms are incredibly small, and the facilities are shabby and broken all over. There's no parking, and the owner is rude. This place is the worst.
