The staff were friendly, but the air conditioning was a real letdown. I’d asked before booking for a room with working AC, then found that mine only blew hot air, even though the room was already very warm. If they’d told me before check-in that not all units were set to cool, I would’ve cancelled and stayed somewhere else. For a hotel priced above other places nearby, I don’t understand why cold air wasn’t an option.

The lobby had a distinctive, beautiful look. I was staying at a nearby hotel and had breakfast here as a courtesy. The buffet was delicious, with plenty to choose from.

We made the most of our stay here, and the price was great for what we got. The rooms felt modern and were clean and well cared for. Staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The free business center and printing were handy, too. A Sky Lounge was being built on the 13th floor while we were there, so I’m curious to see how it turns out. I’d recommend this place.

The room and bathroom were huge. It’s an older hotel, but it’s been looked after well. The sea view is partly blocked by a tall apartment building, and there aren’t many facilities, though neither bothered us much.
