The room was clean and smelled nice, and being right beside the sea was lovely. But my second-floor Standard Terrace room was much smaller than the photos, and after unpacking there was barely room to move. I had wanted an ocean view, but they said rooms were assigned in reservation order. Fine, but paying 200,000 won in peak season for such a tiny room felt like a waste. I don't think I'll come back.

The staff were busy but still gave good service, and I really enjoyed the breakfast after a long time without having it. The room was in good condition. Since we were on the second floor the view was a little disappointing, but the beach was right in front of us, which more than made up for it.

My wife found and booked this place for our summer trip to Gangneung, and we were very happy with the stay. The room was in good condition, and the beach was close enough that we could walk to the swimming pool.

I loved the view through the big windows, and the room was so clean. The staff were super friendly too. It was a nice surprise to find yoga mats and foam rollers there.

The hotel is close to both Anmok and Gangmun Beaches, with the newly built Shilla Monogram just behind it, so the location is excellent. The in-room TV is especially large and works well for watching streaming services like Netflix. There's a breakfast promotion in early February, so you can visit and enjoy breakfast for free.
