The room was amazing, but the other services were very poor. Breakfast is only from 8:30-10am, and the museum opening hours don’t really suit hotel guests. There’s no sauna.

The art museum hotel idea is unusual, and the location is great, but the room doesn’t feel very practical. It also doesn’t sit in harmony with the natural surroundings.

Such a beautiful place! I hadn’t realized the museum had a hotel attached. If I’d known, I would’ve booked a night here.

When I visited, this was still called Haslla Art World, just so you know. It’s a lovely spot to unwind and take in local art, including decorative pieces as well as paintings.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the room’s decor gives this funky little hotel a special feel. Being part of a museum is a big part of its charm.
