It's in a pension village on the way to the arboretum, so the location is fairly good. The facilities aren't especially modern, but they aren't very dirty either. The TV seemed small, maybe 48 inches? Netflix wasn't logged in. There is a smoke detector, and the hot water worked well.

We stayed as a family in the off-season and got an affordable rate. It was a good time, with everything we needed. There are lots of places to visit around Gapyeong, and having a convenience store downstairs from the pension was handy.
