The peaceful setting and the host family's kindness made this one of the highlights of our Korea trip. The glamping site is out among fields and nature, with no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but the hosts were always happy to help us get around. From Gapyeong Station it was about a 20-minute taxi ride, which was convenient for us as backpackers. We don't speak Korean and the family doesn't speak English, but translation apps made it surprisingly easy to communicate. They checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. They also took us to a supermarket for barbecue supplies, made breakfast and coffee for us on several mornings, and drove us to the train station when we left. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a distinctive glamping experience in Korea.

I slept really well to the sound of clear water. The indoor spa and comfortable interior were lovely, and the owner's kindness stood out.
