The restaurant in the main lobby stood out, with a gorgeous view, Korean and Western food, and refreshments. I was also impressed by the beautiful, calming scenery, clean and convenient facilities, and service that felt friendly to members.

The bathroom was disappointing, with mold and water marks in the shower. For a Noblian members room, it wasn’t as good as I expected. The Korean-style room itself was okay, but the breakfast buffet didn’t feel worth its price. Staff looked worn out, and the whole place seemed out of balance for a hotel of this size. I don’t think I’ll return.

We had a two-room suite for two days as a family of four, but got only two coffee vouchers. I even had to pay extra for a latte. They were so stingy about it that it was almost funny. The room was also missing some basics: no hair conditioner, free water, or coffee or tea, and only small face towels, no big ones. LOL...

The buffet was really good, though pricey, and the water park is fun too. Expect to pay steep prices for the water park as well. It’s a nice resort-style hotel.
