I liked how clean the room was.

A terrible stay. The hotel smelled bad and was noisy, and the bathroom plumbing wasn't working.

The rooms are clean, with cozy bedding and full-height windows that give you a nice view. I liked the individual decor and the different room types, plus the homely feel of the officetel-style corridors. There are handy extras like dining, a business center, and a laundry room. Newly opened and tidy, with friendly service. If you're in Gurae-dong, this seems like a place to visit often.

I spend around 200 nights a year in motels for work, so I've written quite a few motel reviews. Gray Hotel is one I'd strongly recommend. The bedding is fresh and very clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms have useful things like a Styler and air purifier.

Everything else is good. It would be even better if the room could be aired out.
