There’s a large public parking lot right in front, and we’d recommend using it since the hotel’s mechanical parking takes longer. An emart shop in the same building stays open 24 hours, which was really handy. We liked our stay: the room had a shared space with a couch and TV, and the bathroom was comfortable and not too small.

There’s a restaurant and convenience store on the first floor, and the place is right in downtown Kohan. It works well for short or longer business trips, with a washing machine and microwave. The mechanical parking is too narrow, but across the street there’s a roomy public lot that’s free except during peak season.

A handy, cheaper option if you’re heading to High1 but don’t want to stay at the resort. The rooms aren’t fancy, though they were clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out are self-service. Parking is next to the hotel, with convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. Ski equipment shops are all within a block.
