We booked the smallest room, and it was comfortable enough for a night. The staff were nice. Just keep in mind that low tide is common around Taean. If you’re coming for the location and sea view, you may end up looking out over a huge muddy field instead of the ocean.

The owner was quite friendly, and this pension is closer to the beach than the other nearby ones. The entrance is narrow. The owner’s dog barked at night, so I had to shut the window to sleep.

It’s peaceful and the scenery is lovely. There’s nowhere nearby to buy anything, though, so make sure you bring everything you need before you arrive.

The view is great. The facilities are a little old, but they weren’t inconvenient enough to be a problem.

The duplex was good, and there was no smell of meat. Nice view, good left... just a good feeling.
