The owner was very friendly, and the outside may look old, but inside there's a lot provided. The lounge on the first floor has a microwave and hot water, which is convenient, and items in the display fridge are for sale. They also say barbecue is available for 20,000 won, with what I think is a grill and charcoal included. Parking fits 10 or more cars, with extra space on the farm road. In the room there was a TV, computer, bathtub, hairdryer, coffee pot, two bottles of water, two drinks, three towels, and a bathroom step.

The building is old, but it was clean and a good deal. Prices were 30,000 won for a river-view room and 25,000 won without the view. There was a bathtub, hot water all day, clean sheets, and the amenities were well stocked, including a razor and toothbrush. Young people seem to like it, with a computer in the room for gaming. The owner was friendly, and I was impressed that they provided cup ramen in the morning.

I was here for a business trip, and the price was reasonable for the facilities. There's a washing machine for doing laundry, and free ramen too, which is great. A top choice for business travelers!
