Gunsan JNK Classic Hotel - Gray

Breakfast was a nice surprise, and it tasted good. The service was friendly, too. Still, the place didn't look as impressive as the photos, even though it wasn't bad. Parking was frustrating: they mentioned space for around 30 cars, but only six spots are indoors, and the pillars make parking difficult. The room itself was clean and seemed maintained, but pretty ordinary. I could hear the cleaning noise in the morning despite checkout being at 1 PM.

The free breakfast and ramen were both really good. The room, though, felt old and due for renovation, and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I don't think I'll return because of that smell. The staff member who moved me to another room also left me disappointed with the service.

Branch 1 and Branch 2 are just across the street from each other. If a clean interior matters to you, Branch 2 is the better choice. Branch 1 has a kitchen that guests from Branch 2 can use as well, with ramen and coffee available anytime. They also serve well-prepared Korean set meals that taste great. The room pictured is in Branch 1. It has a TV, bidet, mini-fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle, and computer. The parking lot is small.

The room is really spacious, and the staff are so kind. Service was good, parking was good, and there are lots of convenience stores nearby. It's also close to Gunsan attractions, which I liked. The price is very reasonable for the Tirun facilities. I'll definitely come back.
