Hotel Cello Guri

The building looks like it's been remodeled recently, and both the building and bedding were clean. The bathroom and toilet are a bit small. It's somewhat hard to find, and parking is limited, though they seem to plan for that and help you park. The desk staff were fairly friendly.

The place itself was impressively clean, probably the neatest accommodation I've tried in Guri. Netflix wasn't available, and the computer wasn't very good, though.

I got my money back, but I won't stay at this motel again. The lack of hygiene and service was unacceptable. I came by around 11 PM on February 8, 2020, without a reservation, and was told only premium rooms were left, so I paid 75,000 won. The room looked nice at first, but my socks were damp as soon as I put on the slippers. They had brown stains, and the floor had brown footprints where my shoes had been. I called the front desk three times to ask for clean slippers and to have the floor cleaned, but no one answered. I tried wiping it up myself with toilet paper and a towel, then found hair on the pillow when I turned it over. I was furious and explained what had happened, asking for a refund or another room. They didn't apologize. They mocked me, saying, "Then why didn't you hurry up and leave? You've been here for 10 minutes."

I come here all the time. The staff are really friendly, and the facilities are great. Easily the best.
