We booked two nights but walked out as soon as we saw the room. Our non-smoking “VIP” room smelled strongly of cigarettes, looked dirty, and had blood on the sheets. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I don't see how it's rated 3.5 stars. Two stars at most.

We reserved three rooms for my friends and me, and every one of them was advertised as non-smoking but smelled of smoke. The sheets had makeup and blood stains, the bathrooms were moldy, and none of the rooms were clean at all. We went back to the lobby after five minutes and asked for our money back, but the hotel refused. I've never stayed anywhere worse. They took our money, and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Zero stars if I could.

I've heard people say so many times that the address doesn't exist that I started wondering what was going on. Still, the place is amazing, and I have no complaints.

They took photos right after I checked in, and the room was filthy. It looked like nobody had cleaned it at all, not just like housekeeping had missed a spot. When I raised the condition, they offered a refund and told me to leave. If I had mentioned it at check-in, shouldn't someone have come to inspect the room? And what about my car? Did they call a valet after I'd been drinking? The platform said it couldn't help. Naver needed a receipt for a review, so I'm writing this on Google instead.

You have to use your own account to watch Netflix. They do list personal items for sale, but some are missing, including disposable toner and lotion. Places sell those for 1,000 won these days, don't they? Guess I'll bring my own toner and lotion next time, lol.
