The room seemed worn, which I could accept given the lower price. But when I went to get water, the paper cup was full of dust and debris. I poured some anyway and the particles floated to the top, so I couldn't drink it. There was also hair on the bedding when I was getting ready to lie down, as if it had just been straightened up rather than washed after the previous guest. At check-in they handed me only two toothbrushes. When I asked about face cleanser and the other supplies, they asked if I needed them, then rummaged through their bags to find some. It looked like they were trying to save on supplies that can't cost much.

I wouldn't recommend it. The sheets, blankets, and pillows were dirty and itchy, and I woke up several times. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom ceiling looked completely uncleaned, with yellow and black drops falling from it. Be careful of those drops even when you're sitting down. My skin was itchy, and I was worried I might get a skin condition. The ventilation was too embarrassing to talk about, and the facilities were poor. I also wondered whether Gwangsan-gu officials ever inspect hygiene and fire safety on site. No wonder coronavirus is getting worse... -.-

The water didn't flow properly, and the chargers weren't installed correctly. There was a sign at the entrance listing the accommodation at 30,000 won, but they charged 35,000 won and accepted cash only.

I shared a room with a colleague on a four-day business trip, Thursday through Sunday. Cleaning was poor, and they didn't provide a toothbrush or razor. It cost ₩120,000.

Don't go there.... The woman isn't putting on airs or anything, but the place really isn't good.... The facilities are bad too, to put it mildly.
