We spent 5 days here while traveling in South Korea, and it was handy for Gwangju Train Station, with plenty of eateries and cafes close by. One of the oldest and largest Catholic Cathedrals (Imdong) is nearby too. The parking area is a little tight, but the owner’s friendliness and service were really above top 👌 After checkout, I realized I’d left my phone charger in the room. I called the next day to get it back, and the owner went out of his way to bring it to me. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here just for his kindness!!

It’s great value for money :))? The hotel is clean, though I wish they’d clean the ventilation system. Being surrounded by motels makes the atmosphere feel less than clean, and fixing that would help.

The staff are kind, but there are way too many mosquitoes.
