Casa Mini Hotel

The shared area was nice, and breakfast had toast, milk, and orange juice. The location worked well for us, and our room was clean and good. We had a lovely stay, I think it's a good choice.

There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, and the food market and main bus station are both not too far away. Our room was average in size, with a comfortable double bed that was too small for us. The shower room was also average, but the hot water and pressure were good. Service was okay, though reception wasn't staffed all day. I had a good experience overall and would stay again.

Breakfast was brief and basic, available only from 9 to 10 a.m. There was one cereal choice, plus milk, bread, butter, and bananas. Laundry was another limitation: although washing was offered for a fee, I wasn't allowed to use the machine myself. Staff insisted on a 30-minute cycle, which felt odd and restrictive. At Casa Mini Hotel and Guest House, there's no elevator for guests. We were on the fourth floor, and after sightseeing all day in 40-degree heat, those stairs were exhausting. They do have a luggage lift, but it only carries bags. I wish the website had mentioned the lack of a guest lift. It's an okay option for a short stay if you're comfortable with the stairs and minimal breakfast. Keep those limits in mind before booking, especially if you have mobility issues or want more flexible, comprehensive service.

The lobby is really spacious, the room is cosy, and the grandma staff member was very friendly. Casa Mini Hotel is in a convenient spot in Gyeongju, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. There is a luggage lift, but no lift for guests. That could be a problem if you're older or not very fit.
