Hotel Ciel

I found the hotel overpriced and over starred, which is why I gave it one star. The rooms might look clean at first, but closer inspection tells another story. There was hair and lots of stains in the restroom, fungi on the chair, and dust all over the bed. Maybe, just maybe, the sheet isn't changed between some customers. Stains, scratches, dust, and fungi were around the room too. Beware of the refrigerator. The services get three stars. Laundry costs extra. If you leave clothes at the front desk by 10 am, they return them by 7 pm the same day, except Sundays. Otherwise you have to use a self-service laundry, which only includes choline detergent. The fitness room has two mills, two cycles, two yogi mats, several dumbbells, one bench, mirrors, water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast is by reservation only, from 7 to 9 am, which is late for a business hotel. Other small services are free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a somewhat aggressive clerk. For location, one star. It's 30 minutes from the station, there's noise, and the lighting is uncomfortably bright. They need soundproofing.

The staff were supportive, and the rooms were good. The hotel is in a market place, but the rooms are a little dark, so you need to turn on the lights even during the day.

The price is the only good thing. The room wasn't very clean, smelled mouldy, and felt dark, with just a tiny window.

The staff are very helpful. It's a new hotel and needs time to get all the facilities in place.
