A dump of a hotel that won’t even let you use the washroom. Don’t go.

I stayed from February 18th to February 20th, 2026. Even when I got back very late on both nights, there were still nice riverside shops and convenience stores open, including e-mart24, 7-11, CU, and G25.

It was convenient to buy food nearby, and the hotel also had a simple breakfast. The room was clean enough, with a large window and a great view. There were hair dryers and hair straighteners available, and the service was so-so but not bad. I noticed a smell as soon as I walked in, possibly from the underfloor heating. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t pleasant either. Fireworks went off at 3 a.m., thankfully not too loudly. Customs differ from country to country, so it’s hard to judge some things. If the price is very attractive, you could book here. Have a pleasant trip!

Wolmido Island in Incheon felt less crowded than downtown Seoul, with plenty of attractions nearby. The hotel is three stars and has a mix of quiet and lively surroundings that reminded me a little of Bali in Tamsui, Taiwan. A theater is about a 10-15 minute drive away, while Seoul attractions are roughly an hour by car. I liked the double room with two single beds. Saving on accommodation leaves me more to spend on entertainment and dining.

With an amusement park nearby and convenience stores all around, the location on Wolmi Island is convenient. The rooms were clean and well equipped, toiletries were provided, and breakfast had plenty to eat.
