World Tourist Hotel

A nice place.

I wouldn’t choose this place unless I were here on business. The area around it is expensive, and although the room was clean, the stale cigarette smell was really strong.

I stay here regularly when I’m on business trips. The rooms are roomy, the bathrooms very clean, and the front desk staff are friendly. There’s some dust tucked into the corners, but that’s understandable. The lot fills up, though you can find parking nearby.

Breakfast toast here was tasty. The menu is limited, but what they make is good. There's no toothbrush or kitchen. The room does have a fridge, hair dryer, computer and Wi-Fi, plus a water dispenser I couldn't figure out. Shampoo, shower gel, lotion and toner are provided, though they seem to be reusable, so anyone concerned about that may want to bring their own. Behind the hotel street has three convenience stores. Across from the 7-11 side are a fried chicken and pizza place and a bakery endorsed by Jun Ji-hyun. A little farther along, at the next intersection, GM-Mart is about a five-minute walk from the hotel.
