Brown Dot Incheon Songdo Hotel

Breakfast was nice, and they surprised us with a free upgrade to a premium suite on the top floor. We were glad we’d packed our own toothbrushes and toothpaste, since none were provided.

I’d definitely recommend this hotel. I only stayed one night and wished I could’ve stayed longer.

The location felt a bit removed from everything. It took us around 20-30 minutes to reach Central Park, I believe. Breakfast in the lobby was okay, but there wasn’t much to choose from, and parking was tight. Our room had an odd setup, with the sink beside the bed, outside the shower and toilet area. We also found just one towel when we checked in. When we called at night to ask for another, the staff member said they were alone at the front desk and couldn’t leave it. They’d only given us one key as well, so if you got locked out, a staff member would need to come up and let you in. Personally, I wasn’t a fan.

The room was good, with a nice amenity bag and bed. The bathroom setup was strange, though: the toilet had its own room, separate from the shower and tub, and both had frosted glass walls. I could see my husband showering, which was a nice view, honestly, but it would’ve felt weird if he weren’t my husband. The sink was oddly placed in the bedroom instead of the bathroom.
